Directors and staff, are not responsible in any way for any
second hand goods sold by it. All goods are sold with all
faults (if any). The Company is not liable for any use to
which the goods may be put, nor is it liable for any advice
given as to the particular method or procedure that can or
should be adopted in the use of any second hand goods. It is
the absolute responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that
all necessary safety devices and precautions are installed
and safe work procedures adopted for the use of any and all
second hand goods sold by this Company. CTS Plastics
Machinery Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the safe use
of any second hand goods. It is the buyer's responsibility
to ensure that where any safety devices are installed on any
second hand goods, the buyer has those safety devices
checked out by a competent authority before they are used.
Where no safety devices are installed on second hand goods,
it is the absolute responsibility of the purchaser to make
all necessary inquiries as to whether such goods need or
require safety devices to comply with all standards of
safety. In particular, to ensure they comply with the
relevant Occupational Health and Safety requirements. |
